My daughter and I satyed there for 4 nights in June 09.
It was the best place of 6 places we stopped in Italy. The rooms were clean and comfortable,the staff friendly and helpful. The food good,great views and the shuttle service was excellent. A great place to explore Amalfi Coast, Pompeii and Carpi from, or sit and enjoy the views. I hope to return soon.

We stayed 9 days at Il Nido and this was our second visit in 5 years. The hotel is clean, the view is unbeatable and you will not find a better restaurant in the area.
Best of all Dino and the staff are helpful and have a great sense of humour (if tested a little when Italy failed to perform in the Confederation Cup - sorry Dino).
I would recommend Il Nido as a holiday destination as there is so much to do and see in the area and the public transport is cheap and convenient so you do not need a car. Dino is very helpful in advising on transport and the hotel can issue bus tickets.
We shall stay there again and there is no greater endorsement than that!

We spent 2 nights at Il Nido. What a fabulours place and helpful staff! We highly recommed this hotel and if we return to Sorrento in the future, for sure we will stay there.
The restaurant has a wonderful wview of the bay and the Vesubius and the food is great, so is the service.Thank you to Dino and the rest of the staff.

We had the pleasure of spending a week in Sorrento over Easter Break this year, and one of the highlights was our stay at Il Nido. Dino was a fantastic host and extremely helpful. When our battery charger cord failed to work, he continually lent us his. Grazie tante! He was very patient and encouraging with our (still developing) Italian language skills. The rest of the staff were also friendly, and the shuttle bus service and free internet were real plusses. The breakfasts were superb (especially the freshly-squeezed orange juice), and so were the dinners. To be honest, we would have to say that this is probably our favourite of the many accommodations we have stayed at in Europe. All in all, we cannot recommend this hotel more highly! We would also suggest splurging and getting one of the rooms with a sea view - it was such a treat to sit there gazing out over the bay drinking wine at sunset. We will definitely return if we get back to the Sorrento area. Grazie Dino!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The room was spacious, clean and your hospitality was fantastic. We loved the food for breakfast and your homemade pastas and grilled fish were great during dinner. Many thanks for all of your help in booking local trips for us.
We look forward to another visit!
